•Auction Pick-Up Date/Removal: Friday, December 3rd. 2021 from 1:00- 4:00 P.M. Unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company.
Loader and operator will be available the day of pick-up only. Operator assumes no responsibility for damage during loading process. Buyer shall be responsible for rigging. Any and all property not removed by the Buyer OR without other previous arrangements made will revert back to the Auctioneer/Seller, and may be resold at auction or disposed of in any other manner that seems to be suitable.
The following fees WILL be charged at auction company discretion:
*The purchaser will be charged a $50.00 non-removal fee for any lot or partial lot left behind, as well as all disposal or re listing fees.
*The buyer will be charged $50/hour if you require our staff to stay past the designated ending times.
*Repeated tardiness and or failure to remove items will result in revocation of bidding privileges on ALL of our bidding platforms. Furthermore, YOU the purchaser are responsible to furnish ALL labor and equipment for the removal of your items. The buyer is also held responsible for any damage caused on location by removal of items.
•Buyers Premium: 8%
*BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyers premium, an advertised percentage of the high bid or flat fee added to the high bid will be added to the high bid and become part of the purchase amount at settlement. Buyer agrees to these provisions and will pay the applicable buyers premium.
•Payment:
You will receive an invoice the next business day with confirmation of items won with the purchase total plus applicable buyers premium. If you do not receive an invoice, please check the dashboard under "PROFILE"-"INVOICES"
You must present this invoice at Pick-Up, Digital copies are acceptable.
Cash, check and Wire Transfer will be accepted as payment. Contact the office at 937-492-1078 for wire transfer information. Credit cards accepted up to $ 5,000.00 with a 4% Fee.
Cash Payments over $ 10,000.00 will be subject to completion of IRS Form 8300.
NOTE: All checks over $ 5,000.00 MUST be accompanied by a bank letter of Guarantee. Cashiers will be available for you to pay for your items. If paying in Cash please bring exact change.
Any check returned due to insufficient funds shall incur a $ 50.00 fee and will be turned over to the Shelby County Sheriffs Department for Collection.
After paying for your item(s), you will be given a paid receipt then you may proceed to load or remove your item(s).
In the event payment has not been received by conclusion of the pick-up time YOUR credit card will be charged for your purchase(s), plus buyers premium(s), and convenience fee.

"STAGGERED ENDING" Lots will begin closing at the designated time at a rate of 1 lot every 3 minutes. Please watch the countdown timer on each lot.
“A MAX BID” may be placed on any item and the computer will bid on your behalf, thus eliminating the need to “babysit” your bids. This option is highly recommended so you do not miss out on the item you are bidding on for any reason including internet failure.
“THE SOFT CLOSE” feature which means any bid received in the final minutes of the auction will auto extend bidding on that particular item or lot by 5 minutes thus allowing a backup bidder the opportunity to raise their bid. In the event you do not use the MAX BID feature and you are out bid you will be notified via e-mail or text that you have been outbid and will have the opportunity to raise your bid.
